Digital Roll Label Cutter VR30X Pro — Die Cutting, Lamination, Slitting and Rewinding in One Web Path

The VR30X Pro is a servo-driven digital roll label cutter built for in-house label finishing on short and on-demand runs. It accepts a printed roll up to 330 mm wide and completes the whole web path without a break: lamination, contour or blank cutting, waste matrix removal, edge-sensor slitting and rewinding.

Because the cut path comes from a file rather than a physical die, changing a label shape is a file change. A CCD camera reads dot registration marks and QR codes, so several different jobs printed on the same roll can be identified and switched automatically instead of being cut as one continuous run.

This is a small-volume production machine, and the specification reflects that. Published cutting speed is 3 m/min on a 7 × 15 cm square, which places it in sample-making, personalised label and short-run territory rather than high-volume label lines. For a shop that currently sends every short order out to a converter, the relevant comparison is not another press — it is the outsourcing lead time it replaces.

Automatic waste removal and tension system

Under the tension of the waste discharge system, the label cutting waste paper will be automatically removed and separated from the winding, so as to obtain a clean label roll for the next process.

Edge sensor correction slitting system

Two edge sensors used to detect media edge,make sure the slitting accuracy, convenient for next step jobs.It could automatically cut the label paper into small rolls as needed,up to 8pcs blades can be used.

Automatic rewinding system

After slitting,the rewinding roller will automatically rewind the finishing labels, ready for next step(labeling).

Optional Functions--Slitting unit

The standard slitting units for VR30X PRO is 6pcs, user can choose the quantity of slitting blades as required, up to 8pcs. The slitting functions can be used alone, as slitting-only-mode.
